Ann Stitzel
Ann Stitzel is a Senior Manager and has been with Nakupuna Companies since 2018.
Ann provides strategic leadership and oversight for large-scale IT programs and enterprise software initiatives for Nakupuna’s clients. Projects in her portfolio range from multi-year software development and delivery efforts to system sustainment and operations support for federal agencies. She enjoys working closely with government stakeholders, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to align execution with client priorities.
Before joining Nakupuna, Ann led a team of engineers supporting portfolio and financial management activities for the U.S. Navy and coordinated antitrust analysis and investigations as a paralegal with the U.S. Department of Justice. She has also contributed to high-visibility initiatives focused on enterprise resource optimization, business process transformation, and portfolio-level management for organizations including the U.S. Army and Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Ann holds a bachelor’s degree with a double-major in political science and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in business administration from Virginia Tech. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
