Nicole Allen is Director of Industrial Security and Insider Threat Programs and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2019.

Nicole leads Nakupuna’s enterprise security framework, supporting classified operations, personnel security requirements, cleared facility compliance, and insider threat governance. She was instrumental in expanding the company’s cleared infrastructure to support its growth, and works with both customer-facing and internal teams to ensure continued compliance with evolving security regulations. Nicole oversees Nakupuna’s Industrial Security and Insider Threat programs, as well as the Insider Threat Working Group, coordinating risk identification and mitigation strategies across the organization. She is passionate about building practical, people-focused programs that support secure mission execution.

Nicole has more than 22 years of experience in government contracting, specializing in industrial security, personnel security, insider threat mitigation, compliance, and security program development. Prior to joining Nakupuna, she led industrial security operations in private industry, advising senior leadership on security and clearance eligibility matters.

Nicole earned her Facility Security Officer Program Management certification in 2007 and is a member of the National Classification Management Society. She has also been a guest speaker about security clearance topics at University of Maryland Global Campus.
