Matt Osumi
Matt Osumi is Director of IT and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2015.
Matt supports enterprise technology initiatives across Nakupuna, helping manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and collaboration environments that improve operational efficiency and strengthen secure digital operations across the company. During his time with Nakupuna, Matt has served in multiple technology leadership and support roles, working to optimize the organization’s information technology (IT) infrastructure in support of its growth.
Prior to joining Nakupuna, Matt spent 18 years in the banking and credit union industry, where he managed enterprise infrastructure, network operations, datacenter environment, cybersecurity initiatives, and large-scale technology projects. Throughout his career, Matt has guided strategic IT planning while leading teams that deliver enhanced reliability and organizational efficiency through technology.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a CompTIA Security+ certification.
