Scott Davis
Scott Davis is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2020.
Scott provides leadership across program execution, business development strategy, and post-award contract management within the Navy and Defense Health markets. In addition to optimizing contracting strategies built around the needs of Nakupuna’s customers, Scott also oversees Nakupuna’s Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) programs. He is passionate about building disciplined, teams that deliver measurable value to government customers while furthering Nakupuna’s ability to deploy innovative, mission-focused solutions.
Prior to joining Nakupuna, Scott spent over 20 years supporting federal agencies, leading large-scale healthcare and IT programs exceeding $100 million. Through this experience, Scott supported an array of federal agencies including NIWC, the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA).
Scott holds a master’s degree in health information management from the Medical University of South Carolina and earned his bachelor’s degree in business finance from Francis Marion University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
