Vince Walls is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2015.

Vince’s role at the Nakupuna Companies is providing oversight of client service delivery, ensuring achievement of client expectations while supporting company business objectives. Vince is passionate about delivering high quality products and services to the companies’ clients. Vince also plays a pivotal role in cultivating Nakupuna Companies’ future leaders through its Leadership Development Program.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Vince was a federal civil servant for over 33 years in various positions within the Defense Logistics Agency, Naval Supply Systems Command and on the Staff of the Chief of Naval Operations (Fleet Readiness & Logistics - OPNAV N4). He was a member of the Senior Executive Service for ten years leading N4’s Corporate Planning and Innovation and Fleet Readiness Divisions. Vince brings to his role at the Nakupuna Companies diverse experience in defense logistics and supply chain management, resource planning and management, strategic planning, project management, and business process transformation.

Vince earned an MBA from the George Washington University, an MS degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. Vince also completed executive programs at Babson College, the University of North Carolina Kenan-Fagler Business School, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and was a Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Program on Foreign Politics, International Relations and the National Interest. Vince received the Department of Navy Superior Civilian Service Award, and is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award, Meritorious Executive.
