
Vince Walls
Chief Operating Officer
Vince Walls is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2015.
Vince’s role at the Nakupuna Companies is providing oversight of client service delivery, ensuring achievement of client expectations while supporting company business objectives. He works with leadership and Project Managers in managing client relationships and enabling project teams to operate efficiently and effectively within the Nakupuna Companies’ operating framework, and consistent with our standards of excellence. Vince is passionate about delivering high quality products and services to the companies’ clients.
Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Vince worked in excess of 33 years as a federal civil servant in various positions within the Defense Logistics Agency, Naval Supply Systems Command and on the Staff of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N4). He was a member of the Senior Executive Service for ten years and led OPNAV N4’s Corporate Planning and Innovation and Fleet Readiness Divisions. Vince brings to his role at the Nakupuna Companies diverse experience in defense logistics and supply chain management, resource planning and management, strategic planning, project planning and management, portfolio management, and business process transformation.
Vince earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics Operations and Material Management from the George Washington University, and a master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University’s Industrial College of the Armed Forces (presently referred to as the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing from the University of Baltimore. He has also completed executive coursework at Babson College, the University of North Carolina, and the University of Virginia.
