Tsedeniya (Sadie) Berhane is Director of Talent Acquisition and joined the Nakupuna Companies in 2019.

Sadie oversees all recruiting activities for the Nakupuna Companies and is responsible for ensuring our recruiters can attract and retain the talent needed to deliver results for our customers and strengthen our unique corporate culture. Sadie has over 15 years of experience in recruiting and human resources and enjoys a passion for empowering others to achieve their inherent potential. Sadie works with Nakupuna leadership across our enterprise to build strategies for workforce planning, develop role-specific recruitment approaches, and manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.

Before joining Nakupuna, Sadie recruited for several other government consulting and private firms, supporting all facets of talent acquisition for contracts involving an array of government agencies operating around the globe.

Sadie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
