Chris Grocki
Chris Grocki is the Chief Administrative Officer and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2018.
Chris brings over 20 years of experience supporting program management, financial planning, and portfolio management to his role managing administrative shared services functions for Nakupuna. As CAO, Chris works to align our internal operations with our corporate objectives while ensuring our back-office functions are scaled and optimized to support Nakupuna staff and our customers. Prior to assuming his current role, Chris served as Nakupuna’s Director of IT and Facilities, and before that worked as the Operations Manager of one of our largest and most successful contracts with the U.S. Navy.
Prior to joining Nakupuna, Chris served in the U.S. Navy in both Fleet and Acquisition roles. As a Naval Aviator, he flew over 200 hours in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Following his military service, Chris served in multiple consulting roles supporting the Navy in OPNAV N4, NAVSEA, and NAVAIR.
Chris earned his master’s degree in business administration from The George Washington University and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Duke University. Chris is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chris is an obsessive Duke basketball fan who developed his love of camping as a freshman living in Krzyzewskiville.
