Luke Meixner is the Director of Business Development Operations and joined the Nakupuna Companies in 2023.

Luke leads business development functions across Nakupuna’s entire enterprise, ensuring that all lines of business are supported by a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities that meet and exceed our growth goals. He works directly with Nakupuna leadership to coordinate our proposal, market research, pricing, design, and communications teams as they capture, develop, and win new projects and opportunities that expand our customer base and solidify our service offerings.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Luke held leadership roles for multiple organizations serving defense and national security customers, ranging from technology focused startups to established government contracting companies.

Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tufts University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
