Lars Hinrichsen is the Director of IT Business Development and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2016.

Lars develops and oversees long-term growth strategies for the Nakupuna Companies, building relationships and generating opportunities by designing and delivering world-class IT solutions. Lars also specializes in designing and applying new technologies and processes to the Nakupuna Companies’ internal operations, developing best practices we pass on to our current and future customers. Before joining the Business Development team, Lars managed both large and small IT projects for the Nakupuna Companies, where his passion for building and leading teams produced outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Lars served in the U.S. Air Force as a Special Operations Pilot. He flew over 300 combat missions in Africa and the Middle East, and is proud of the part he played in a successful hostage rescue mission that earned him the callsign “Jackpot.”

Lars holds a master’s degree in Space and Planetary Science from American Military University, and is a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Lars is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Security+ practitioner, and he also holds a Commercial Pilot’s License.
