Kaitlin Ekechuku is the Managing Director of our Management Consulting services and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2020.

Kaitlin leads our Management Consulting Line of Business and works to expand our growing portfolio of consulting capabilities while developing and strengthening relationships with our customers. Kaitlin also oversees project execution across the business line and explores ways to combine and tailor our varied service offerings to deliver results that truly delight our clients. Her work has included management of an array of projects for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the DoD Fourth Estate. Kaitlin enjoys coaching others and takes pride in collaborating to solve our customers’ greatest challenges.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Kaitlin supported service delivery and business development for a woman-owned small business consulting firm. She has managed professional services and financial management contracts across the Department of Defense and Department of State.

Kaitlin earned a Master of Global Policy Studies degree from The University of Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Defense Financial Manager.
