Kaitlin Ekechuku is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2020.

Kaitlin joined Nakupuna Companies as a Senior Project Manager and has expanded her role to oversee a portfolio of projects in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and DoD Fourth Estate. In addition to her service delivery responsibilities, Kaitlin supports the expansion of Nakupuna’s Management Consulting Line of Business and strengthening our business development processes. She enjoys coaching others and takes pride in collaborating to solve our customers’ greatest challenges.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Kaitlin supported service delivery and business development for a woman-owned small business consulting firm. She has managed professional services and financial management contracts across the Department of Defense and Department of State.

Kaitlin earned a Master of Global Policy Studies degree from The University of Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Defense Financial Manager.
