Washington, D.C. – The Nakupuna Companies have been named the #1 large company in the Washington, D.C. region by the Washington Post as part of their 2024 Top Workplaces awards.
Selection was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey, which measured several aspects of Nakupuna’s workplace culture including alignment, execution, and connection. Nakupuna was selected from over 400 applicants to include 250 companies from various industries all operating in and around Washington, D.C. Winners were divided into four categories according to their employee headcount.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized by the Washington Post as the top workplace in our category,” said Jason Greenawalt, CEO of the Nakupuna Companies. “Our greatest strength is the outstanding team of professionals who are focused on delivering great results for our customers, and we are deeply grateful to be recognized by our employees for our commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and experience.”
This is the fourth time Nakupuna has been named a Top Workplace by the Washington Post, and the second year in a row. Last year, Nakupuna ranked 18th among midsize companies.
On June 20th, representatives from Nakupuna joined other Top Workplaces honorees at an awards ceremony hosted by the Washington Post where the rankings were revealed. The full Top Workplaces 2024 rankings are available at https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/interactive/2024/top-workplaces-2024/.
