Scott Arnold is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2019.

Scott brings more than 20 years of senior executive leadership in managing large, complex organizations and making sound operational decisions in uncertain and ever-changing environments. Currently, he is responsible for the establishment and growth of the Nakupuna Companies’ largest contract supporting the Department of State. Scott is passionate about promoting the development, support, and oversight of projects and teams. Additionally, he enjoys the challenging and high-paced environment that government consulting offers and is eager to find new and innovative solutions for our client’s toughest challenges.

Prior to joining the Nakupuna Companies, Scott was a Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in key leadership roles including Squadron and two tours of Regimental level command. As an EA6B Naval Flight Officer, he is proud to have participated in every major conflict from Desert Storm to Enduring Freedom. Following his military retirement, he served in multiple senior consulting roles supporting the Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), OPNAV N41, and OSD AT&L. Scott was also the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director and the Senior Director of Business Development at Client Solution Architects (CSA).

Scott earned a master’s degree with distinction in National Security Strategy from the National War College in addition to a master’s degree in Operational Art and Science of Warfare from the Air Command and Staff College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Fun Fact

Scott loves an endurance challenge and has completed two Ironman races, countless Half-Ironman races, and over 20 marathons to include the Marine Corps Marathon (21 times) and the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge.
