Melanie Ciaschi
Melanie Ciaschi is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2022.
Melanie serves as Program Manager for Nakupuna’s Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) project, where she oversees the development of a transformational HR and payroll system for the U.S. Navy. Leveraging her background in enterprise and cloud technologies, as well as Oracle PeopleSoft, Melanie has helped restructure and lead the NP2 team through critical development and testing milestones as the project has progressed. Melanie is passionate about helping her team be the best they can be, and finds motivation from meeting complex challenges head-on to deliver outstanding, dependable software that will improve the lives of Sailors around the globe.
Melanie brings to Nakupuna over 20 years of experience developing payroll, HR, performance management, and accounting software solutions for customers throughout the federal government and Department of Defense. She began her career working for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she eventually became Chief of the Financial Management Software Section before moving to the private sector. Before joining Nakupuna, she served as Director of Enterprise Applications at a large defense contractor, where she oversaw PeopleSoft operations and upgrades as well as the build-out of a Shared Services infrastructure.
