Liane Rosen
Liane Rosen is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2014.
Liane manages several multi-year facilities support contracts with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), the Directorate of Public Works, U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii, and at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, where she helps maintain these long-standing relationships and deliver exceptional value. She leads facilities maintenance efforts at specialized laboratories, supports critical command/control facilities, and assists with capturing property work requirements and documentation so that clients can focus on accomplishing their important missions.
Before joining Nakupuna, Liane spent over 30 years working with public works and environmental projects at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific (NAVFAC PAC) Pacific. Across various roles, she supported everything from facilities contracting guidance, field training, and quality assurance program development to maintenance software installation and environmental restoration efforts. In her final role at NAVFAC PAC, Liane managed the Environmental Planning and Conservation Product Line, which included the National Environmental Policy Act, natural resource, marine resources, and archaeological branches. NAVFAC PAC is also where Liane met and worked with Warren Nakupuna Ah Loo, founder of Na Ali’i.
Liane earned her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Hawaii.

Liane often fell asleep while listening to Hawaii Islander baseball games and woke up to a radio with dead batteries in the morning.
