Dan Nega
Dan Nega is the Chief Customer Success Officer and joined the Nakupuna Companies in 2023.
Dan serves as a member of the Nakupuna Companies executive team, where he focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery across all lines of business, building strong, trusting relationships with customers, and aligning strategic vision with growth objectives. Dan works with Nakupuna’s Managing Directors to build strategies to retain and grow our customer base while maintaining maximum customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Nakupuna, Dan worked as a federal civil servant for over 34 years within the Department of the Navy. He was a member of the Senior Executive Service for 14 years and held various leadership roles in engineering and logistics, retiring in 2020 as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (DASN) for Air Programs. Dan brings diverse experience in aerospace engineering, logistics, aviation readiness, cost estimating, project management, strategic planning, and business process transformation.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
