Denver, CO – The Nakupuna Companies have been named a 2025 Top Workplace in Colorado by the Denver Post. While this recognition marks the sixth time Nakupuna has earned to a Top Workplace honor, including being ranked #1 in their category by both Hawaiʻi Business Magazine and The Washington Post for 2024, this is the first time Nakupuna’s Denver location has been spotlighted.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures drivers of workplace culture, including how employees feel respected and supported, empowered to grow, and aligned with their organization’s purpose and values. Based on the survey results, Nakupuna ranked 13th among the 69 small companies recognized by this year’s rankings.
“Earning a Top Workplace award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing eomployees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“This honor is a meaningful testament to our values-driven culture and the exceptional people who make Nakupuna what it is,” said Jason Greenawalt, CEO of the Nakupuna Companies. “It’s a great reflection of the thriving positive culture we’ve built around our ability to create positive impact, both for our clients and in our communities.”
Nakupuna’s presence in Colorado and throughout the broader western and central U.S. has grown considerably in recent years.
