Arlington, VA – The Nakupuna Companies have officially been named one of the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces for 2023. Together with research partner Energage, the Washington Post’s annual Top Workplaces awards recognize outstanding companies from across the Washington, DC area and features them in the paper. Nakupuna was ranked 18th out of the 70 finalists in the Midsize category.
Nakupuna was selected based on an employee survey completed by employees based out of our Arlington, VA office, who responded to questions about Nakupuna’s corporate culture, employee sentiment, and organizational alignment. Responses were then categorized and scored against other similarly sized companies to determine the list of winners.
