David Feiertag
Senior Manager
David Feiertag is a Senior Manager and has been with the Nakupuna Companies since 2019.
David focuses on identifying and executing environmental remediation and munitions response solutions. He manages contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District, and U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, AL. His oversight includes addressing contaminated groundwater, contaminated subsurface soils, and military munitions in Nebraska, Wyoming, and American Samoa.
David brings 20 years of experience as a project and program manager for Department of Defense contracts. He has worked munitions response projects for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force in the Aleutian Islands (Alaska), Hawaii, Saipan, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Texas. He has managed environmental investigation and remediation projects in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Florida, and Hawaii.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental Engineering focus from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

David spent four years working as a late-night disc jockey at a Classic Rock radio station.
