DENVER, CO—On December 3, 2019, the Nakupuna Companies officially acquired RMC Consultants, Inc., of Wheat Ridge (Denver), Colorado. This is the first acquisition for the Nakupuna Companies, and along with giving our organization an office location in Denver, it opens new avenues of growth and expansion within our Environmental Line of Business.

RMC brings nearly 30 years of experience to the Nakupuna Companies in providing environmental investigation and remediation, environmental consulting, stream and watershed restoration, and abandoned mine lands reclamation services to federal, state, and local government agencies across the Intermountain West region. Their primary customers include the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Forest Service, US Bureau of Land Management, and State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.

“The Nakupuna Companies have teamed with RMC on two environmental investigation projects over the past three years, and in that time we’ve come to realize how well their corporate culture meshes with our own,” said Jason Greenawalt, Executive Vice President of Na Aliʻi. “This is one of the primary reasons we looked to make RMC our first acquisition, and we are thrilled to make them a part of the Nakupuna Companies.”
